@Debbie456  You go to a store.     Exactly what is your issue apart from having no phone.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

You can contact EE CS from any working phone, it doesn't need to be an EE one or even a mobile.

07953 966150 works from any landline or mobile.

@Debbie456   So what you are  saying is how to you get hold of “ANY” company without a phone.    As stated if they have a store you go to said store and in this case EE does.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Debbie456   Are you a contract customer or PAYG customer?  Do you have insurance?    The only way for you to get a device today will be go and purchase one on PAYG and then put your sim card in it.   This can be directly from a EE store or even Argos/Currys.     if this is a warranty claim the device has to be sent off to be looked at first.    You don’t say what the issue is with the device.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Your options will differ depending whether you're on PAYG or pay-monthly, nature of the fault and whether you're in a minimum-term or not.

But you'll certainly be best to visit a retail store. If it's a repair you choose, they may have loan phones. Otherwise, on the risk of foregoing the 14days "change of mind" return rights, you should walk out with a new phone somehow.
