@Bisi1948 : You need to be paying for Itemised Billing @ £2.50 pm at the time to see all your outgoing calls & texts. It is not retrospective.
You could perhaps submit a Subject Access Request (SAR) by using the online GDPR Form. That should include outgoing calls & texts. It normally takes up to a month but could take up to 3 months.
