final bill

I have to pay off my final bill before getting a new sim contract. However i cannot pay over phone (as i have no phone service/sim), and i cannot find any link to be able to do this online.

whenever i go to log in i just get “account closed” and asked to pay the bill, as soon as i click the button that says it’ll lead me to the bill info, i just get led to forums and no way to actually pay. I don’t have access to another phone to be able to contact customer support and the online messaging service is utter garbage and has only fed me misinformation for the last two days.

i just want to pay off this final bill so that i can reinstate my account/create a new one and get a sim for my phone.

i have access to my EE account number if this helps. would it also be possible to go in-store to pay off this bill? as this is the only way i can figure out how to do this right now and therefore get a new sim set up almost immediately after.

Try using Fast Payment online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

thank you, however, i don’t know the exact bill amount and cannot find this anywhere online or on my accounts either. Plus, as my number technically no longer exists, would this even work?

Can you text BILL to 150?
