Please could someone explain to me how today, the SIXTEENTH August 2024, I can type bill after I am notified payment is going to be taken out and get a message back which says my bill has already been paid as payment was already taken out on the NINETEENTH of August 2024. Thank you

@joy70  Because the process to start the DD has begun.    It’ll be taken on or around the 19th and it takes up to around 7 days after receiving the bill.
