my contract is due to end this decemeber... EE website has nothing I can see about not continuing with them, strange that. I called 150, and said 'want to talk to someone, press 1' I pressed one and you get a text for 'visualised' help and there is NO ONE to talk to... it hangs up!!! Going to accounts and billing, on your website just sends you to FAQ's which is the same results as being useless.
All I want to do is end my contract with this disinterested money-grabbing company - I don't want ANY upgrades of ANY description from you at all, and no offers by any means, all texts, calls and emails and anything else to do with upgrades with YOU will be ignored.
If you are a EE employee then this is for you... I will be cancelling my direct debit after my last payment in December IT IS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE THAT THIS IS THE ONLY WAY I CAN GET SOMETHING TO YOU.... some communication to you
DREADFUL DREADFUL COMPANY

Hi @fjKirk7
Welcome to the EE Community
Sorry to hear you're looking to leave EE.
You'll need to contact Customer Service team to give your disconnection request. Visit How do I cancel my Contract for more details.
Just as @bristolian mentioned, if you'd prefer not to use the visual menu system, you can simply press option 2 at the first step for the traditional IVR telephony menu.
Cancelling your Direct Debit only cancels your method of payment, it will not stop your monthly contract so we'd recommend not to do that until your final bill has been paid.
For some helpful information about your final bill once you've cancelled your line click here
Hope this helps!

@fjKirk7 : If you are wanting to cease your mobile contract completely you need to phone EE giving 30 days notice of cancellation of your contract. Otherwise if you intend to move to another network, either taking your existing no. with you or not, get your PAC or STAC respectively from EE & give it to your new provider. If you are still within your min term you will be liable to pay early termination fees for the rest of the term. It will basically be months left x monthly charge - 4%.

thanks for your reply.... phoning EE is the easy part, unfortunately, getting an answer... well, be prepared to 'take the morning off'!!
Would you know how long a PAC number lasts for, because I think I can do it that way, and time it when contract ends in December.
Once again, thanks for replying, very much appreciated!

Hi @fjKirk7
Thanks for coming back to us.
The PAC would be valid for 30 days.
Our What is a PAC Code and How Do I Request One? Help page has full details on getting the PAC 🙂
