@juleshusspot  If this is for not upgrading because you have chosen to allow it to continue it’ll be applied 3 months after your minimum term so you get that discount on the 4th bill after your minimum term. 
 
 If it’s for something else you’ll have to call customer services about that, but please be aware discounts are not always carried over to a new contract and EE has the right to remove them when you do upgrade. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
