ive just upgraded aft a sim only plan and was paying my bills a week late by debit card as that was my payday and never missed a bill so after paying the bill i set up a dd and changed the payment date to the 1st of every month on payday to make things easy and save on the ridic 6..99 payment charge i also called 150 to confirm if my next bill will come out the 1st as if they try and take before it will bounce and YES i can confirm x amount will be collected then and the 1st of ev month and not to worry sir now they have tryed to take AND febs bill when its even been genarated and ive woke with no service when i have 80 workers to place on there sites and im upset and mortified how the hell can this happen its 5 am and cant even contact you

I'm sorry to hear that this has happened. Our Mobile Care team are now open. I would suggest giving them a call so that they can look into this and find out what's going on.

Hi mate it’s all sorted thanks after spending over a hour on live chat with some idiot who was rude and chatting rubbish I called 360 and a amazing lady sorted the situation out within a few mins and I’m all back up and running and the DD all set up properly for the first have a nice weekend
