Welcome to the community.

If you login to your EE app or through the EE website, and choose Manage, followed by Mobile & SIMs, you'll be able to see when the contract is due to end.

If you log into the EE App, click Manage, and scroll down to "your mobile plan" it will show you your contract dates.
