contract renewal

hi i need some advice or help. so my contract ends in a few days but the thing is im wanting to wait for the new iphone but i dont want to carry on paying the renewal price and i dont want a new contract, andyone got any ideas for the situation?

@sophie0101  Request to change to a PAYG at the minimum term.   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Change to a SIM-only plan at the end of your minimum term, that allows an upgrade back to a phone-plan anytime it suits you.

Hey @sophie0101, welcome to the EE Community 😊

New iPhone time seems to come round quicker every year, and I totally appreciate you'll want to hold off on upgrading til the new handsets are available. 

Like @bristolian mentioned, SIM Only is definitely going to be a good shout; we have a range of options ranging from 24 month options down to monthly rolling ones, but even if you upgrade to a plan with a minimum term you can still switch back to a plan that includes a phone early. 

You would just be locked in for the minimum period when it comes to cancellations.
