Hi peeps, I have recently received my first bill from EE after coming from BT, however I cannot find the bill in the app or on the website, it just keeps taking me to the homepage trying to flog me more stuff. I am on an endless loop trying to find my bill
All I want to do is pay my bill

In the same boat as you. I can find the bill on the EE app, but it won’t download so I can’t print it out. On the webpage of EE the bill won’t even load! Have raised a complaint with EE as I’m fed up of ringing them to get it sorted. Haven’t had any reply from them. Thankfully when we moved from BT our direct debit stayed in place so our first bill has been paid. I suggest you try ringing EE to see if they can sort it out for you as initially we had to add our broadband account to EE mobile account. Never had any issues with BT, So I hope things improve with EE

Could you please describe to me what happens if from the home screen on the app, you select Broadband > Bills and Payments > See your broadband bill?
It should then redirect to the website and display these details.
