Hello @xxjoshlaxx ,

Welcome to the community,

Contracts do not just end, just the minimum term, if you want to cancel your contract, you will have to call customer service, as that is the only way.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

i want to continue with EE on my current tariff, but they have taken the payment for the phone as well. If you know what i mean

EE's traditional mobile contracts have no concept of paying off the handset. You agreed to pay the same price for the full duration of the total bundled contract. There may however be a 10% discount 3 months after the end of min. term. You may always choose to upgrade your contract to a cheaper SIM-Only contract from the last 30 days of your contract term.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband

@xxjoshlaxx  If you of had a flex tariff then once the phone had been paid off you’ll only of been left with the airtime tariff.   A flex tariff means you are billed separately for the airtime and the device, so two bills.   Your tariff wasn’t two separate bills so nothing can be removed once you get to the minimum term, hence you upgrade to a sim only for now,  and perhaps when you next upgrade to include a device you look at flex tariff.      The flex tariff is a 24 month airtime contract and you have the choice of paying for the device over 24 or 36 months.  Plus the yearly price increase is only applied to the airtime contract part not the device contract.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
