today i had reason to contact ee via chat service, eventually got through the bot. i waited 2hrs no reply {for which i have a screenshot } and i had to go out. so ended chat. No way should any customer have to wait that long. is there anyway to make a complaint. could not find any email address. just goes back to the bot.

Noticed issues with the chat service this evening too. Advised me of an estimated 35 minute wait however almost 2 hours later there was no response.
May be worth calling through to 150 as they are available until 9pm as stated on the site/app.

Don't think that'll help to be honest. What issues are you having? Might be something the community can answer for you?
I've just gotten through on the web chat on my second attempt (although its not much help id much rather have called, and subsequently did), however if you leave the chat on in the background and have notifications on for the EE App you'll be able to see when they answer.
