Hi ,
EE account number *********
As I changed the bank account I paid the latest bill by card and trying to update DD bank details , unfortunately the bill is still shown as unpaid and the system does not allow me to update them. Please let me know how I can do it. Whu the payment is not allocated against the invoice

Welcome to the community,
You will have to ring customer service by pressing option 2 and speak to the billing department about this if you are unable to change your details yourself.
