Hi all,
My sim only contract ran out and I signed up to another. Do I still have time to cancel the contract within 14 days?
I haven't decided yet, but want to know in the unlikely event I decide within the 14 days that maybe I want to leave EE.
Thanks

All distance-sold contracts in the UK, so those concluded by phone or online, come with 14days statutory "change of mind" right of return. No such right of return exists for face-to-face instore retail shop purchases.

We’d be sorry to see you leave, @alangir.
As @bristolian mentioned, if you change your mind and no longer want the upgrade, you can cancel within 14 days if it was taken out online or over the phone. If your upgrade was done in store, the cooling off period doesn’t apply.
If you took the upgrade online or over the phone and decide to cancel, please give our team a call and they’ll help get it sorted. Alternatively, you can complete a returns form online.
For more information, please see our Returning a mobile device or SIM (within 14 days) Help page.
