@Dan7779 Have you spoken to customer support about this ? If you have an account issue EE need to know in order to fix that issue as they can not fix anything otherwise as they don’t know you have an issue

But not until after you have formally complained to EE. You can make a formal complaint to EE & if you don't get satisfaction after 8 weeks you can take it to EE's ADR provider. See Complaints code of practice and here is the Complaints Form .
