I get a text message on 23 march saying bill ready to view. I log in to myee and the latest bill available is feb. On 2 April EE take the money from my bank account. As of today, 7 April, the March bill is still not available to view. My question is: does anybody else have this problem? And I may be old fashioned but it doesnt seem right that they can take money without first telling me when and how much they are going to take

If you're paying by Direct Debit, the Direct Debit Guarantee requires that you be told at least 7 days in advance of the amount & date taken.
