i recently took one of my mobile phones of your network but my bill was very high can you please explain why

@Brianma   Was you still in contact?  If you was you’ll have to pay off that contract.  You can not just move networks and expect that contract to end.  It’s an agreement between yourself and EE that you agreed to pay for the duration of that contract term.
