Payment

I have a plan of £25 and my account has auto debit option enabled. But for this month the amount was deducted was £37. Therefore please guide me what is the matter regarding the incorrect amount getting deducted.

I was lead to believe if I took a new contract my old one was going to be took over, so I did then I got a bill for 25 which was my old contract then one for 55 for my iPhone 15 plus 45 for the SIM card that I thought was included so I now have a 125...
