My contract

Hi my contract ended today but it says I will still be charged the full amount as if I’m paying for the phone. If you are taking money for the plan only then please cancel this as i no longer want it.

Viewing both mobiles lines on my EE account

When I log in to my EE account I seem to be able to only access my number.  I have another line also under my name but I can't work out how to access details of that line on the account. Any tips most welcome?

Top up malfunction.

  Has everything encounter some problems like mine? Try so many time to top up even it is sent out by bank but the bill unpaid? It is been over 12 hours since I top up.

Where is my bill!

I changed from contract to Sim only plan in July. Still haven’t had a bill? Not come out of my bank either. Don’t know what to do!
