Hello, I am not a new customer and would like to upgrade my old contract using NHS discount. I think I am registered with EE perks but where and how can I use the NHS discount please, any help?

Suspended account

My account still suspended after making LATE 59.74 payment on 27th 11:45 amEE says it takes up to 24h, but after 24h after payment i still cant use my phone.
