I am being billed £9.99 a month for Apple Music and streaming, which I neither asked for or use. Can you please immediately delete this from my bill/plan.

Roaming charge

I have EU/EEA roaming on my plan but have been charged £60 for receiving 3 calls in Norway. Why? Also I  can't get wifi calling when abroad yet can use watsapp etc, is there anything I need to do in settings? Wifi calling is on.

Resolved! Paying too much

Hello,  my contract finished in May this year and I’m still paying the same amount without any upgrade for new phone. Can I change it for pay as you go?
