Hi sorry to bother you but what is this 50 pound all about I never agreed to pay this it was zero charge and 33 a month I can not afford 83 I never agreed to this

Resolved! Bereavement Notification

A relative has recently passed away and the account has not been closed. How do I notify EE of this (without waiting for hours trying to find the right option on the phone menu) to have billing sorted nd to have the account closed.
