I have just received your letter advising me of an increase of £2.46. We already pay £17 per month for plan that is beyond our requirements. If you check our usage you will see that the plan we have costs too much for our needs therefore an increase is out of the question. I would like to move to a plan that is more suitable for us and await your reply.

@Almamoso As per the T&Cs of the contract you agreed to this is the yearly price increase as set out by the T&Cs of that contract. You can not lower the monthly tariff until you are within your upgrade period.
