Need help I have just realised that EE has been taking a direct debit for the last 7 years. £80 + a month! I have contacted EE they offered me £550 refund. I know I should go down the route of financial ombudsman but do they help?
thanks Lynne

Welcome to the community.
I'm sorry to hear that you have a dispute with payments. Have you gone through our complaints process?
