Please my monthly payment is supposed to be £48.5 but the bill stated on my account is £98.5 . Why? When I ordered for the iPhone 13 mini the upfront payment was £80 but I received a voucher of £50 so I paid £30. The monthly payment is supposed to be 48.5 but it has gone up by £50. Any help?

@azizotoo  You will have to call customer services about this.   There is no access to your EE account from here as this is a public forum.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
Thanks a lot. Will surely call them

@azizotoo : It's probably a £50 refundable security deposit against roaming. If you don't intend to use your phone abroad, ask CS for it to be returned.
