EE sayys the bill already adjusted but it does not show on my online account whats wrong?

If the bill has been adjusted after the bill was already produced and showing online, this would not update to show any changes to the bill.
If you have been credited this will show as a credit on the next bill.

you sent me invoice for £658.99 as current invoice.
I am still with you. After 24 months contract you stopped my account. I called you and I was told I don’t have any contract hence my phone is not working. Then you offered me a new contract. Why is this hefty bill? I don’t understand. Pl make sure you don’t take this money from my account. I you taok then refund back. I am back in uk on 14 Nov 24. Please call me and discuss.

Hi @Sughra I can imagine you must have gotten quite a shock when you seen that bill, especially if you weren't expecting it.
We don't have access to customer accounts here in the Community, so I'd recommend giving our billing team a call on 150 from an EE phone, then select options 1, 2 then 1 again, or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.
