Trade in nightmare

Hi all, 

I am new to this forum but have been a customer for 5/6+ years with EE never before have I traded in and the one time i choose to do so its been an absolute nightmare!!! 

Can i get an idea of everyone else’s experiences as this is quite honestly a joke. Any recommendations and help is welcome I just need to know what the hell to do now.
