Hello @Janakkumar ,

Welcome to the community,

We would not know, we do not know you are and have no access to accounts.

You will need to check your bill and see the breakdown of your bill, which should explain the costs, otherwise you will have to speak to customer service, who will be able to take a look for you, as they can access your account, you need to speak to the billing department.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
