The bill section hasn't been working on either the app or logging in through search for ages, my bills are always higher than expected and I am unable to see why.

Are you able to log in successfully?
Although you've mentioned the problem occurs on both app and website, can you clear your browser cookies and cache and try the website again?
If you're still having trouble loading the bills I recommend calling Customer Service on 150 where a guide can check your online access is working correctly.
They'll also be able to have a look through your bill details to let you know what, if any, additional charges you have.

I had that this morning, but shortly afterwards it worked, have you been able to access your bill since? it should be available now.
