when I try and view my account it comes up saying my account is closed. I placed an order a few days ago for the iPhone 17 pro max however my account is still saying closed.
I was a previous member of EE 1 year ago but when my contract ended I switched but have decided to come back.
Will this resolve when my phone arrives?

You may need to contact EE Customer Services as the closed account is still linked to your EE ID.
They should be able to remove the closed account and in turn get rid of this message.

also,
I changed my account email to log in and thought my order would be linked to the new email however Its linked to my old email..
