Why has my tarrif been changed without my permission?

Tarrif changed without my knowledge and cost increased, phoned 3 times still coming up wrong on web site, what next?

One of possibly four from the top of my head without you giving more information.

  • Your minimum contract term has expires and so has any discounts.
  • Your temporary discount has expired.
  • You have incurred additional charges/subscription (will be itemised on your bill)
  • You're on a now discontinued tariff and were moved by EE. 

There is no account access on these forums and you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 for exactly the reason.
