Why doesnt my direct debit date change

Hi, I changed my direct debit date to be the 26th of the month, it is around the 15th. I requested the change on feb 27th and had a text to confirm the change. My next bill was still mid March but I assumed it was just down to timing and it will change for my next bill. Just checked and it looks like my next bill will still be mid month and it wont let me request a change again.

Any advice why this wont update?

Hi @fatr1ch1e Some handy information to know, is if your new bill date is after your next regular bill:

  • You'll be charged the full month in advance for your next bill as normal.
  • Your new bill is then produced on the new date.
  • You are credited for any days you were already charged for, that fall after the new bill date.
  • You are charged for your full month's service from the new bill date.

If you'd like a breakdown of why you've been charged when you have and the amount that you've been charged, I'd recommend giving our billing team a call.
