Paid bill but not saying I did on the app

Hello,

so I paid by bill last night and it said it didn’t go through but the money has been taken from my account, does anyone know if it will appear on my account as being paid Monday or if they will refund me the money back into my bank account?

Hi there @SJB_23 

Thanks for coming here. 

If the payment was not successful and is pending with your bank, this will be reversed by your bank and show in your available funds. 

You can check your payments by texting BILL to 150 and the reply will show recent payments that were successful.

Hi I paid my July bill by Apple Pay today but it’s not showing. I texted BILL to 150 and the June bill is the last one that has been paid. Can you please advise. Thanks Barry Hay

We have no account access here on the community. 

It can take up 24 hours for a payment to reflect. 

Has the payment left your back account?

Hi, the payment has been approved in Apple Pay on my Vanquis card and is showing payment has been made in Vanquis App on my iphone but is still showing as pending.

I'd recommend allowing 24 hours for this to update. 

If you wish to check this, please give us a call on 150.

I paid my bill Friday and it’s not showing even on my bank it’s not showing but money has been taken

You mentioned that money has been taken out, but nothing is showing on your bank, could I just double check, Do you mean nothing is showing in your My EE account?
