Why does it say I have reached my credit limit?

I am so annoyed I paid my bill this morning and have used it this evening and I have been told I’ve reached my credit limit?! What is going on ?
I can’t get hold of anyone human!!!!

How were you told? By whom? Did the msg contain a link? If so, don't go there but what was the link?

@Shezza2 : Check your Spend Cap by texting SPEND CAP to 150.

Pretty bonkers this is.
117 gb allowance remaining, unlimited calls and texts....
Account £30 in credit also - yet after a purchase on the playstation store my account is suspended as I'm over my credit limit.
Can't even talk to a human about it!!
