Why are you taking two payments from my bank

There are two payments coming out, I have changed pay as you go plans and the original payment is still being taken as well as the new one, why??

@davidjohns12121   Because you changed plans after the requested was made for payment on your old plan. You’ll find that that old plan payment will sit on your account and go towards next months payment.    If your not sure still you’ll have to call customer services about this..
