Why am i being charged twice for full cover

I had a contract phone for over 9 years and I've just moved to a sim only plan, just got my bill and on the breakdown I'm being charged twice for full damage cover twice but both different amounts. Anyone know why?

Welcome to the community.

It sounds like it could be pro rata charges if there is two different amounts. One of them would be for the day the cover started to the day before the bill was created, and the other for the month ahead.

If you download the full PDF version of the bill, does it show dates next to the charges that match this?
