Hi. I want to understand my bill this month. I’m on a monthly bill and I was charged £46 extra this month. I’m in Brazil and I haven’t been using my phone, the mobile data has been turned off and I have only been using it on wi-fi mode.
What can I do to not be charged extra considering I’m not using my phone?
Thanks,
Mrs Ransom

@MrsRansom Have you made any calls/texts ? You can not use data unless you have a data add on for that location.

What were you charged £46 extra for? How is this itemised on your bill breakdown?

- Extra Charges on unlimited contract in Contracts & Billing
- Roaming Inclusive Extra Changed Mid-Contract – What Are My Options? in Offers & Add-ons
- Unable to register my phone number is not recognised. in EE app and website
- SOLVED: Can't send/receive calls and texts from anybody, including 150 in Pay as you go
- EE changed the wrong plan in Contracts & Billing
