Where to enter student discount code?

Hi

I have a 20% discount code from Student Beans and intend to use it to buy a 24M sim only plan. My issue is where to enter this code? It says 'at checkout' but the only potential place to add a code is on the 'Extras' page under the prompt "Got a gift voucher?" which doesn't seem right, and also, the codes are not working here - I have tried them under multiple products, handsets and sim deals (none of which were currently on sale etc.).

Please can i be pointed in the direction of where to enter the Studentbeans discount code? Thanks

Thanks for coming here. 

This is the correct place for the discount code. 

Are the plans you have selected already discounted? 

Are you a new EE customer or upgrading?

I am a new customer, and the plans I am selecting are not discounted. 

It is the plans shown at the top of the page: https://shop.ee.co.uk/sim-only 

None of them are discounted, however I cannot use my discount code as described above?

Discount codes will only work once per customer, so if you’ve already used your code you won’t be able to use it again.

If you've chosen an eligible plan but your discount code still isn’t working email help@studentbeans.com

Once you're done with your online shopping, simply head to the checkout to put in your code. It varies between different retailers, but normally there will be a box titled 'Promo Code', 'Discount Code' or 'Student Discount' (https://websitelegitchecker.com/student-beans-legit/) on the checkout page, just before you put in and confirm your payment details.
