You're able to check how long you have left on your contract in the EE App by selecting Manage, then scrolling down to your Mobile Plan. This section will show your contract start and end dates, along with your plan details.
Alternatively, if you're logged in to your account online, go to Plans and Subscriptions > Manage Mobile to view this.
