What is flexi plan

We have two phones and two add ons and we have two separate bills and it seems we are been charged more than what we should I just don’t understand it

@Marko121  A flex tariff is where you are billed for the air time contract and also billed separately for the device.    Any yearly price increases are only applicable to the airtime contract and not the device contract.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
