I have finished paying for my watch and just want to pay sim only

You'll have to call customer services and ask to migrate to a SIM only plan. Call 150 from an EE phone.

@Bully11 You need to call customer service to terminate that contract you need to give 30 day’s notice once that’s completed you can set up a 30 day rolling contract for the watch via the watch app. It’s £7 per month and you’ll get 10Gb of data for the watch.
