Waiting 15 days for a refund

I recently had an order wrongly cancelled by the EE phone service team and was told my refund would be processes within 14 days. Today is day 15 and theres still no refund.

why??

Can someone from EE please inform me a) why i havent been returned my money as promised and b) if/when my money will be returned??

I'm sorry to hear the refund has not been received, to get this looked into please call us on 0800 079 8586 and the team can provide an update on the refund for you.

The fact the best you can suggest is i have to chase getting my own money back after your garaunteed refund date during a cost of living crisis speaks volumes about ee as a company. Ive done my bit why should it be me begging for whats legally mine??
