Why have I been billed for voicemails ? I have been with EE for years, had the same number since Mobiles were invented… Iv got a good payment plan but now I’m being charged for voicemails? Why please?

What makes you think you've been charged for voicemails? And do you mean message deposit or retrieval?

Are you in the UK or abroad? If abroad - are you in an EU country?
