Trying to view bill on the EE app. Always that there is a problem (EEs) and try again later. It has been like this since the beginning of November when I was switched over to EE.

@EJC43 , have you tried to log-in to your account via the website to see if you can view your bill that way?

Thank you. Yes, I have done that and reinstalled the app but no luck. It has been suggested that I ring EE but I've sent so much time ringing EE this year trying to sort things out. I just get notice that my bill is ready to view but unable to see it. I would request a paper bill but not paying £3 for the pleasure. Rip off.

Thank you. Yes, have done that but no luck. I am not surprised. It has been awful dealing with them( bar a couple of customer service people who did try their best).

As part of my phone compo I’m on free paper billing. But even on the BB/TV side, I get a txt just before billing date, with a link to the website, and that works, as does Billing in the app.
Do you get the txts?
