Welcome to the community,
Where are you trying to look at your bill, is it via the app or via the website?
In the EE App, you can click on view my bill and then click on the one you want to view and then click on download and you should be able to see your bill, never had any difficulty doing it., it will say see details and click on that and then you can download the one you want. You scroll down and where it says download the bill as PDF click on the icon at the right.
