Good evening, please can anyone advise me on this situation- my ex partner who hasn’t lived with me for 6 years has taken a tablet contract out in my address but his name, I’ve contacted EE , who have failed to make contact with him to resolve the matter… he is ignoring all calls and messages from them, is there anything else I can do

Thanks in advance

@Mel764 : Does it matter? It's in his name. Any contract & credit record relates to him, not you.

Yes it matters to me , don’t bother yourselves if it’s negativity 🙄

@Mel764  is this new contract before or shortly after he moved out?

From a practical point of view if he had to go through a credit check he may have struggled at a new address, and used your address to get past the check.

However I do wonder how you know it is for a tablet and if it is impacting your personal life in any way, and what you were hoping EE could do about it?

I do wonder how he can take out a tablet contract in his own name if he doesn't already have a mobile phone or SIM contract in his own name as EE insists you do.

If he did already have a mobile phone or SIM contract in his own name isn't it likely that it was registered to your addy?
