Hello I'm thinking of up grading from my SIM only plan to a phone and SIM plan do I have to cancel my SIM only plan before I upgrade to phone and SIM

@Chel54 : No, by upgrading you keep your current no. on the new phone & just change your plan.

Thank you im having problems trying to find a phone to upgrade to that is good and affordable I like Samsung and oppo range but they are all coming quite expensive

Every one I look at in my price range has an upfront cost I have been a customer since 2012 I wouldn't of thought there would be any upfront cost of you been a customer for that long

The upfront cost is part of the price of the device. It has no bearing on how long you've been a cust.
