Me & my partner both due an upgrade & his phone is under my account. Explained to multiple advisors that I am now on maternity leave so need to drastically reduce our bills. I have been with ee 13x years & they were not willing to budge with the monthly options. Despite the fact that I should get a 10% discount, they were trying to charge me almost double what my cousin got his upgrade for last week with EE. I have given the 30x days notice for both contracts & will be taking my business elsewhere! Can’t believe after 13x years they are more than happy for me to leave! Shocking customer service! I work in customer services &wouldn’t dream of speaking to customers how I was dealt with.
