I received my upgrade yesterday, but I realised when it was received I actually upgraded my sons sim only account, which I was paying £10 a month on 🤦♀️ Now it’s at 63 which I can afford. Is there anything I can do to amend to get a cheaper deal or am I best sending back and going back to old contract?

There isn't any access to your individual account on this forum, you're best calling CS on 150 - the agents there can likely assist further.
Any upgrade or new phone purchased via online or telesales has a statutory 14days "change of mind" right of return.
