I’ve just upgraded and my bill is massively high. I’ve been billed £102 per month???? Also I’m being charged for double the amount of data I agreed in my upgrade. Can you please help?

Did you change your plan at the same time as upgrading your phone?
Have you checked your bill breakdown via myEE to explain the increased charges?
There isn't any account access on this public forum, but EE C/S on 150 have access to your specific account and should be able to address individual queries.
