@ Got a late charge couldnt afford to pay at the time, then got a late charge on the late charge, anyway had to pay as they suspended my account, been here for years, now have new bill with late charges lol **bleep**, no more ee for me or my husband

If you cannot afford or are unable to pay your bill then you need to speak to EE CS on 150 or via live chat.
